As the New Year approaches, it is customary for many to look back at events and happenings that occurred throughout the year of 2006.

In celebration of that custom, in looking back we have been able to identify ones who have risen above the rest in their outstanding and exemplary labor. They have proven to be leaders of the now and the future. They are what the Chamber likes to call, “Shining Stars.”
