Rubbing Elbows with Olympic Basketball Players

A group of phenomenal Olympic basketball players from Puerto Rico are getting together to join us at the 10^th annual Fiestas Patronales & Biz Expo on November 20^, 2010 at 1:00 pm  at 10400 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida  33024.   These extraordinary athletes will be organizing basketball clinics and putting together some exciting competition for our youth to win great prizes such as laptops, basketballs, hats, jerseys and much, much more.

The Puerto Rican Hispanic Chamber of Broward and Fiestas Patronales has always made our youth our Number One priority, and this year they want to take it to a whole new level.  This group of professional basketball players will chat with our youth about their experiences, what it took to get them to the top, how it changed their lives and careers, and the share the excitement of participating in these worldwide competitions and the Olympics.  This will be a great opportunity for our youngsters to meet and mingle with these superstars and rub elbows with them.

 The registration for this interactive event , opened to participants of all ages, will be free.  Adults are welcome to attend with their children; because we know, when it comes to basketball, we’re all kids at heart!
